Sometimes blitzing a survey with max scores feels a bit inauthentic, but Claudia and myself were so pleased with Aaron’s review of the home and willingness to explain discoveries and answer whatever questions we had as new first time homebuyers. Just the fact that the inspectors (Isaac, Aaron, & Joe) got scheduled so quickly and were willing to come on Christmas Eve was so nice! Everyone we were in contact with: the office and inspectors, were all so kind, helpful, and answered any questions we had. The woman in the office was so sweet, she took the time to look all of the things over that we needed done for the inspections at the property and took time to call me back multiple times with answers to my questions. Their inspections were extremely thorough, and the reports were very detailed, also very easy to understand for someone like me who has no idea what half of the things were. The reports also all came extremely quickly. I loved everything that came with pictures and descriptions. 10/10 Recommend. Thank you all so much again!
Although I have not yet finished reading the report, this much I can tell you: Doug is definitely the right person for the job! Based on my onsite interaction with Doug, he is not only very knowledgeable, but also has the right attitude and personality, is courteous, and communicates very well. You’d better have him train someone quickly before he rides into the sunset! This is a highly specialized field. As the proud owner, you should be very glad to know that your company came highly recommended by the inspector and real estate agent and indeed deserves the reputation for sure! I know to whom to turn next time. Cheers!
Joe was STELLAR. Clearly so good at what he does. And he answered additional questions I had, made a couple of suggestions. I felt I was in extremely capable hands, which is critical when it comes to making such a big purchase. He was just excellent.
